To use a diamond wet hole saw, mount it securely on your drill, use a cutting guide or template, and apply a steady flow of water to keep the bit cool and flush out debris. Start cutting at a low speed, avoid excess pressure to let the diamonds do the work, and use a ‘pumping’ or ‘swivelling’ motion to ensure water reaches the cutting surface. After a few holes, run the bit through soft abrasive material to expose fresh diamonds.
